Farm General Meeting
We are embarking on professionalising our operations. As a result, the Farm shall be having meetings every Monday to recoup on what transpired in the previous week. In the same meetings we shall be looking at what we need to change and also to forecast.
The Managers will be overseeing the meetings and in future after computerising the operations, we shall be archiving our notes from every meeting.
Jozzy Farm is committed to ensuring that our employees are happy on the job. We do our best to employ the best and improve on the knowledge they have through debriefing, routine training and having a hands on approach.
